		<description>Totally agree.  There is still a great deal of information out there that is buried so deep you can&#039;t call it transparent.  But I believe with modern technology over the next few years this issue will be transformed.  I am doing just as you call for.  Start at the bottom, at the local level and then we can work our way up to the top of the tree</description>
