		<description>It&#039;s interesting to see that some people are speaking up and are outraged about these figures. I agree-- the people do have a right to know, and if they don&#039;t say anything about it, Illinois could end up with IOU&#039;s for tax refunds-- ask the people in Cali who got those how it feels and if they are going to ask about budgets in upcoming years.</description>
